1 HOTEL CENTRAL PARK

Using reclaimed and re-purposed materials, smooth surfaces of natural stone and rough wood surfaces, 1 Central Park is creating a new design vocabulary in the hotel space. This 18-story hotel, with 229 rooms and suites is located in NYC’s Plaza District. Ideally located just one block south of Central Park it’s within walking distance of Carnegie Hall, Columbus Circle, MoMA and Lincoln Center. This hotel will feature a new restaurant concept by an award-winning, farm to table chef, meeting rooms and private dining facilities, a gym and one of the largest green facades in New York.
